Yesterday, the halls of Frontier Medical College grew quieter as we lost Zara. It is a heavy, heartbreaking irony that someone who dedicated her life to the art of healing felt the weight of a few exam papers was too much to carry. To all the MDCAT aspirants and medical students currently drowning in the pressure of "supplies" or the fear of a failing grade: Your worth is not measured by the ink on a transcript. We are living in a system that often forgets the person behind the white coat, and it breaks our hearts that Zara felt she had to carry that burden alone. We carry a collective wish today a wish that someone could have reached her in that dark moment to tell her that one "supply," one set of exams, or one difficult year does not define a destiny. She was more than a student; she was a daughter, a friend, and a soul that mattered far more than any clinical assessment.

Same incident report last year with Abuzar Ghafari, a second-year BDS student at Frontier Medical College, Abbottabad, who tragically passed away in April 2025 following alleged, severe medical negligence and lack of timely, proper emergency intervention and no first aid.
On this case PM&DC expressed grave concern, emphasizing that the incident raises serious questions about the safety standards of the institution and demanded a comprehensive explanation from the administration but later on they leave the matter as an incident.
A proper investigation is needed to satisfy not only family of the deceased but also other concerned people.
