Why study in UK is the main question in all over the world,
Ultimately, the best choice depends on your priorities regarding cost, duration, and the type of medical training you are seeking. Consider visiting universities, talking to current students, and researching specific programs to make a more informed decision
Choosing the best country to study medicine among the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada depends on several factors, including your career goals, financial situation, and personal preferences.
According to my research, the UK and Australia offer Medicine as an undergraduate degree, which saves you a couple years and maybe $100,000 or so. Additionally if you go to the right university you can get a Bachelor’s in addition to your MBBS so you’re effectively in the same situation as a US or Canadian grad.

The US and Canadian systems will better prepare you for research, so if you want to do research they would likely be better options.

Additionally, be aware of the difficulty of getting into medical schools in all these places as an international. You will have to jump through quite a few hoops.

A medical degree in the states takes four years. In the UK it's five, followed by two clinical training years, FY1 and FY2 (training years are salaried, but I wouldn't be visiting Porsche dealerships just yet).

The US insists on an entirely unnecessary undergraduate degree (with Bio & Chem mandatory) before candidates can proceed to a Med degree.

In the UK, this is dealt with at A-Level, where Chem & Bio are required subjects for anyone wishing to apply to Medical Schools (and for which competition is notoriously fierce).

The UK operates the UCAT (essentially the US MCAT) and anyone scoring less than 2800 overall can pretty much forget it, and you'll ideally need 3000+ to be ‘safe’. Particular weight is given to SJT.

All the best doctors we proud of you.
