According to Sheni its a quite long process. you have to apply on two portals one of HEC and other of the commonwealth.
commonwealth never accept direct applications unless a country’s nominating body(HEC) announces.
It remains open for almost one month and in that time frame you have to apply on both portals.
There are so many subjective questions in the CSC portal that you have to fill.
